ExtraSpace Ruskin January 9, 2025 Construction Update

We are in the home stretch! January and February will be very busy months as we look to wrap up construction of our Extra Space Storage facility in Ruskin, Florida. Landscaping, storefront glass, bollards, tie-back canopies, signage and final pave of asphalt will all be going in this month. Inside we are wrapping up HVAC, low voltage, electrical, millwork, plumbing fixtures and fire sprinklers.
